1. Keep your emotions in check

When you are in a difficult situation, it is normal for you to react emotionally and feel frustrated. However, it is very important for you not to let your emotions go out of control and make a mess of things.

One way that you can keep your emotions in check is by talking with a trusted person or someone who has the same position as yours.

This will help you manage your emotions and be able to focus on the task at hand without getting emotional.

2. Remember who is boss

As an intern, sometimes you will disagree with your superior. However, remember that there are two sides to every story.

This means that you should try not to take things personally and keep a cool head so that nothing gets too heated between both of you.

Remember that even though they may be superiors, they are still human beings and may not always agree with what you are doing.

3. Be professional

As an intern, it is very important for you to be a team player. This means that it is very important for you to support your superior in any way that they need help with.

For example, if your superior needs help to get something done, then it is very important for you to assist them voluntarily.
