Alexander Lim
Our Founder
Alexander Lim is the Founder of Workdeputy. He has led all functional teams across the company with the exception of technology.
He is known for bold leadership and his passion for bringing new change to the industry and uplifting society through providing new opportunities to teach and coach students from all around the world. His passion stems from his past formal education as a “B” and “C” student, and understanding the struggles of talented but poor performing students. He is committed to building a sustainable, high-performing and high-impact business that delivers on the mission in bigger ways.
Alexander has led the company as a Founder since 2017 at the age of 21 and became the CEO in May 2019 at the age of 23. Before founding Cudy Technologies, he previously served as a commissioned officer in the Singapore Armed Forces and worked in PriceWaterhouse Coopers. Alexander is an Alumnus of the Singapore Management University.
